Please note all the units share the large patio upstairs.
From the parking level there are about 15 steps to reach the garden. All the bedrooms and bathrooms are located upstairs therefore the property is not suitable to guests with walking difficulties.
Mariuccia is nicely furnished and very cared for. Each apartment has direct access to the upper terrace. Equipment includes refrigerator, telephone, TV, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker and microwave.
