Villa Brin is an exclusive waterfront villa on the shores of Lake Maggiore, between Arona and Stresa, offering an exceptional combination of privacy, leisure and direct access to the lake.
Set within a gated private estate surrounded by approximately 80,000 sqm (20 acres) of landscaped grounds, the property provides a rare collection of facilities for an Italian lake holiday: a private swimming pool, private sandy beach, dock and pontoon, tennis court, a private 9-hole golf course and a wide choice of complimentary outdoor activities.
Guests can enjoy canoeing, sailing, cycling, table tennis, basketball and football, as well as a 40 HP powerboat shared with the owner and available without a boating licence. Fuel is not included.
The estate is surrounded by mature greenery, native flowers, fruit trees and aromatic herbs, while the lakeside setting creates a peaceful atmosphere away from the main road.
Despite its private setting, Villa Brin is within approximately five minutes' walk of the village, where guests will find restaurants, cafés, a supermarket, pâtisserie, post office, bank, hairdressers and a bus stop.
The owners live in a separate villa approximately 50 metres from Villa Brin. They are available to assist guests when required while respecting their privacy.
An independent two-bedroom guesthouse is also available on special request, providing additional accommodation for two guests.

The surrounding area offers an impressive range of cultural and sporting activities. The region is a paradise for walkers and cyclists, with horse-riding and tennis also available nearby. For golfers, two golf courses are located within a 10-15 minutes' drive, with several less than an hour away. Beaches and water sports facilities are, of course, available.

The villa is 500 meters from the village and sits almost equidistant (4 km) between Arona and Stresa, the two main touristic Lake Maggiore resorts. The ferry to the other lake towns and islands docks at Belgirate (a 10-minute walk). Switzerland is just half an hour away.

The Main Villa accommodates up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms, each with a private en-suite bathroom with shower. Interiors combine traditional Italian elegance with contemporary comfort, with carefully selected furnishings, quality materials and a fully equipped kitchen creating a refined yet relaxed atmosphere.
The main living areas open onto the garden and a shaded outdoor dining patio, connecting the interiors with the surrounding lakeside setting. An additional open-plan leisure area is located on the mansard level.
