I was raised and educated in Florence. I travelled widely and with Estevillas I am using all my passion for Italian culture and traditions. Today I am based on Lake Maggiore and continue to travel regularly to Tuscany and Mantova to visit my family properties. La Novellina, an organic farm close to Florence where I produce EVO oil, and Palazzo Castiglioni, a XII° century Palazzo, recently converted into a Boutique Hotel.
ESTEVILLAS STORY
In 1991 I was looking for opportunities for my own properties in Tuscany and Mantova and working hard to help preserve the historical heritage of my family. Some friends sought my advice on how to transform their estates into holiday homes for tourists. I began offering a few tips and assisting by supervising restoration and decoration projects and helping them to find their first guests. Word quickly spread and a wonderful adventure began. Assisting owners to adapt their properties to holiday homes for tourists gave me the opportunity to share my passion for Italy and the knowledge of my country.
After a few years I met Beatrice, an enthusiastic and smart young woman, an avid traveller with a passion for Italian art, sights, sounds, and tastes. Beatrice also had a valuable background working with two of the most important holiday rental agents in Philadelphia and Florence and managed her family palazzo near Bologna. We began working together and Estevillas was born.



Born and raised in Bologna, I graduated with a degree in Political Science.  I then moved to Philadelphia where I worked for one of the most important villa rentals companies in the US.  I moved back to Italy and lived in Florence for three years, where I had another great experience at the Ferragamo’s real estate company Windows on Italy. Then I moved to Milan where I met Luisa.

I have always helped my family to promote our properties and farms in Emilia Romagna (Palazzo Fantini and Torre Fantini) and in Tuscany where we produce Extra Virgin Olive Oil and an excellent red wine Le Pietrine at the Tenuta di Poggimele near Florence

I currently live in Bologna, a central and strategic location for managing the Estevillas properties. I am a travel enthusiast and I am always ready for a new destination! I love skiing on the Dolomites and sailing in the Mediterranean Sea. My favourite destination is probably the Greek Islands but that changes with each new experience.

Born in Piacenza, I spent much of my life in Tuscany, where I developed a deep appreciation for the region’s rich history, art, and culture. I hold a Law degree from the University of Milan, specializing in Administrative Law, and have completed various postgraduate programs in legal, financial, and organizational fields. My professional background includes extensive consulting experience in Italy and abroad, with a focus on corporate governance, international contracts, compliance, real estate, and business development.

With a strong passion for travel, art, music, and cinema, I bring a well-rounded cultural perspective to my work. I’ve had the privilege of advising international clients—particularly in the luxury and real estate sectors—on strategic planning and legal-financial management. My deep appreciation for architecture and the Italian landscape naturally led me to Estevillas, where I contribute decades of expertise and a meticulous eye for detail.

Today, I reside on Lake Maggiore, surrounded by stunning natural beauty, and look forward to sharing my knowledge and passion with you.
