FLOR Grand Lake Villa is an elegant early 20th-century residence in Stresa, the “Pearl of Lake Maggiore”. Beautifully restored to preserve its Art Nouveau character, this historic luxury villa combines refined interiors, contemporary comforts and a private botanical park.
The approximately 1,000 m² residence accommodates up to 12 guests in six bedrooms and six bathrooms. Highlights include a heated infinity pool, wellness facilities, private cinema, games room and a remarkable 180 m² greenhouse.

A Prime Location – No Car Needed
Enjoy Lake Maggiore without renting a car. Restaurants, shops, Stresa railway station and boat terminals for the Borromean Islands are within walking distance. Milan is approximately one hour away by train on selected services, while Milan Malpensa Airport is around 40–50 minutes away by car, making the villa convenient for international travellers.

• Boat Terminal: Within walking distance, with departures to the Borromean Islands and other destinations on Lake Maggiore.

Interior Description

Nestled in Stresa, the “Pearl of Lake Maggiore”, FLOR Grand Lake Villa is an elegant early 20th-century residence that has been beautifully restored, preserving its distinctive Art Nouveau character while introducing refined contemporary comforts. The result is a sophisticated private retreat, ideal for luxury holidays, family gatherings and exclusive events.

The villa extends across three spacious floors, offering approximately 1,000 m² of interiors. An Elelift stairlift chair is available to assist access between floors; please enquire in advance for further details.

MAIN FLOOR – 400 m²
The ground floor is distinguished by exceptionally high ceilings and full-height arched windows overlooking the botanical park, filling the elegant interiors with natural light. The reception areas include a refined living room, a library, a games room and a music corner featuring a Blüthner Leipzig grand piano.
A fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for preparing meals, while a Sonos audio system serves both indoor and outdoor areas. The floor also offers step-free access, subject to the specific entrance and areas required.

SECOND FLOOR – 400 m²
An impressive wooden staircase leads to a bright 100 m² living room with views of Lake Maggiore and the Borromean Islands. This spacious reception area provides an inviting setting for relaxation and socialising.
Five double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, combine comfort with distinctive architectural details. A dedicated wellness area, featuring a bio-sauna and an emotional shower, adds another dimension to the villa's luxurious amenities.

ATTIC FLOOR
An elegant spiral staircase leads to the beautifully renovated attic, featuring a spacious bedroom accommodating up to three guests, with a private bathroom. A private cinema room completes this floor, offering an inviting space for entertainment and relaxation.

Bedrooms

The accommodation comprises five double bedrooms on the first floor and a family suite on the attic level. The attic suite includes a double bed and may accommodate two additional single beds, subject to the confirmed sleeping configuration. The villa provides six bedrooms and six bathrooms in total.
