The unit Donato located around the pool is suitable for 2 guests (it is possible to add one extra bed at an additional cost) and is a completely renovated 2-story stone cottage. The new shared pool is just few steps away.
The cottage is surrounded by trees and flowers and includes a paved patio.
At the ground floor there's a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom (shower).
Upstairs there's a cozy living room with fireplace, TV, and dining table. The kitchen has all the modern conveniences and includes a furnished outdoor terrace, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee. Dishwasher and washing machine are available.
This unit includes the use of a new shared pool, just steps away from the house.
Donato is quite close to the unit Giovanni (about 50 meters away), therefore these 2 units could be rented together and it would be the ideal solution for a group of six people looking for at least one room at the ground floor.
