With over a millennium of history, the estate originated from a medieval tower and was later enriched with Palladian-inspired architecture, exquisite 17th-century stuccoes, and an 18th-century chapel surrounded by a historic park.
Carefully restored by the current owners - descendants of one of Treviso’s oldest aristocratic families - the villa is now recognized among the most prestigious historic villas in Veneto.

Outdoor

Set within a private estate of 2 hectares, the villa is surrounded by rolling hills and landscaped gardens. Guests can enjoy outdoor living with 13 sun loungers, parasols, a gazebo, BBQ area, and spacious terraces for al fresco dining. The peaceful countryside setting offers privacy, relaxation, and scenic views of the Prosecco Hills.

Services

A range of services is available upon request to enhance the guest experience, including private chef service, cooking classes, wine and cheese tastings, and guided experiences in the Prosecco Hills. Laundry service is also available (washing machine not provided), and baby beds/cribs can be arranged upon request.

The villa features a panoramic outdoor swimming pool (5 × 10 m, depth 1.40 m), not fenced, set within a lawn surrounded by mature trees. The pool is open daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM and enjoys a predominantly sunny position, with shaded areas provided by trees, gazebos, and parasols. Comfortable lounging spaces are available for relaxation.

A private jacuzzi for 4 guests is located in the side garden of the villa, offering a more intimate setting. The water temperature can be adjusted according to guests’ preferences, and several relaxation areas are available nearby.

Tennis Court

A tennis club is located approximately 8 km from the villa, offering courts and facilities for guests who wish to enjoy the sport during their stay.

Golf

Golf enthusiasts can access the nearby Marco Polo Golf Club, located approximately 6 km from the property, offering a pleasant course set within the Veneto landscape.

Skiing

During the winter season, Cortina—the gem of the Dolomites, one of Europe’s premier ski destinations—can be easily reached within approximately 1.5 hours by car, making the villa an ideal base for winter sports enthusiasts.

Private outdoor parking is available outside the villa; please note that it is not supervised.

Venice International Airport is approximately 58 km away, while Treviso Airport is 47 km. The nearest train station is in Conegliano (7 km), providing direct connections to Venice and other major cities. The motorway exit Vittorio Veneto Nord is also 10 km away, ensuring easy access by car.

A romantic design suite on the ground floor, distinguished by a bathtub elegantly placed within the bedroom, en suite bathroom and equipped with air conditioning. A refined and stylish space perfect for couples.

• Noble Suite (2 + 1 guests) - ground floor
A historic suite enriched by original 17th-century stuccoes (1660). Located on the ground floor, it features interconnected spaces including a double bedroom, a living area with a single sofa bed (80x2), and a bathroom with bathtub. This suite does not have air conditioning, preserving its original historic character.

A distinctive multi-level apartment set across three floors and equipped with air conditioning. It includes a bathroom with bathtub on the first level, a living area with kitchen and dining space on the second, and a double bedroom on the top floor.
Please note that the apartment is arranged over three levels connected by fairly steep staircases, with approximately 15 steps between each floor. For this reason, it is not suitable for guests with mobility difficulties or reduced walking ability. It is also not recommended for families with infants or very young children due to the staircase layout.

A bright loft apartment on the first floor featuring a mezzanine double bedroom, a spacious living area with sofa beds, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with shower, all enhanced by air conditioning.
Please note that the loft sleeping area and the staircase leading to it are fitted with railings that may not provide adequate protection for young children. For this reason, we do not recommend this apartment for families with small children, as there is a potential risk of accidental falls.

The nearest bank is in San Fior, 2 km away.
The nearest pharmacy, Carraro, is in Colle Umberto, 2 km away.
The most important shops are located in Conegliano (7 km) and Vittorio Veneto (10 km).
In the center of Colle Umberto (700 m) you can find a bakery, bar, restaurant, brewery/pub, beauty salon, hairdresser, pizza, and an ice cream shop.
