Originally centred around a medieval tower, the estate evolved over the centuries into an elegant country residence, featuring Palladian-inspired architectural elements, original 17th-century stucco decorations and an 18th-century consecrated chapel.

The villa accommodates up to 15 guests across six bedrooms and six bathrooms, arranged in three ground-floor suites and three independent apartments. Its interiors include a series of frescoed reception rooms, formal living and dining areas, and more intimate spaces for relaxation.

Outside, landscaped gardens, mature trees and a panoramic 10 × 5 m swimming pool overlook the surrounding countryside. A private wellness area with sauna, Turkish bath and hot tub further enhances the experience.

Villa Veneta is ideal for luxury countryside stays, family gatherings and wine-focused holidays, offering opportunities to explore local wineries, the historic towns of Conegliano and Vittorio Veneto, and the wider Veneto region. Venice and the Dolomites are also accessible for day trips.

The historic halls, gardens and courtyards provide an exceptional setting for destination weddings, private celebrations, photo shoots and corporate events for up to 200 guests, subject to prior arrangements. A historic cellar connected to the villa includes a professional kitchen, suitable for bespoke culinary experiences and show cooking.

The villa is surrounded by a private 2-hectare estate of landscaped gardens, lawns and mature trees overlooking the rolling countryside of the Prosecco Hills. The outdoor areas provide peaceful spaces for relaxation, informal gatherings and dining in the open air.

Guests can enjoy the panoramic swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, a gazebo, outdoor seating and terraces for al fresco dining. A barbecue area is also available, with use arranged through the property's staff.

The estate features a panoramic outdoor swimming pool measuring approximately 10 × 5 metres, with a depth of 1.40 metres. Set within the landscaped grounds and surrounded by mature trees, the pool overlooks the rolling countryside of the Prosecco Hills.

Sun loungers, parasols and shaded relaxation areas provide space to unwind outdoors. The pool is not fenced, so children must be supervised at all times.

A separate outdoor hot tub accommodates up to four guests, offering an additional wellness feature within the gardens. Pool access hours and hot tub operating arrangements should be confirmed before arrival.

Tennis Court

The estate features three ground-floor suites and three independent apartments, together accommodating up to 12 guests in the main sleeping arrangements, plus up to 3 additional guests using supplementary beds or sofa beds, subject to the configuration of each unit.

The property also offers elegant lounges and shared reception rooms, providing inviting spaces for relaxation, conversation and dining together.

Villa – Ground Floor

The formal entrance hall leads to the principal reception rooms. On the right are the formal dining room and formal living room, while on the left are the family living room and TV room.

The three suites are located on the ground floor. Their location may be convenient for guests who prefer to avoid stairs, although individual accessibility requirements should be confirmed in advance.

Green Suite – 2 guests | Ground floor
A charming double suite featuring a private bathroom with shower and air conditioning. Its bright, intimate atmosphere provides a comfortable retreat within the historic villa.

Gold Suite – 2 guests | Ground floor
An elegant and romantic suite distinguished by a bathtub positioned within the bedroom, a private en-suite bathroom and air conditioning. Its distinctive design makes it particularly appealing to couples.

Noble Suite – 2 + 1 guests | Ground floor
A historic suite featuring original 17th-century stucco decorations dating to 1660. The interconnected spaces comprise a double bedroom, a living area with a single sofa bed and a bathroom with bathtub. The suite does not have air conditioning.

Independent Apartments

Barchessa – 2 + 1 guests | First floor | 80 sqm
A spacious, air-conditioned apartment featuring a double bedroom, living room with sofa bed, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and large bathroom with shower. Its independent layout offers privacy and flexibility for couples or small families.

Tower Lodge – 2 guests | Three levels*
A distinctive air-conditioned apartment arranged over three floors. The first level contains a bathroom with bathtub, the second a living area with kitchen and dining space, and the top floor a double bedroom.

The internal staircases are fairly steep, with approximately 15 steps between each floor. For this reason, Tower Lodge is unsuitable for guests with reduced mobility or difficulty walking and is not recommended for families with infants or very young children.

Soppalco Deluxe – 2 + 1 guests | First floor
A bright, air-conditioned loft apartment featuring a mezzanine double bedroom, a spacious living area with sofa beds, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower.

The mezzanine and staircase are fitted with railings that may not provide adequate protection for young children. Due to the risk of accidental falls, this apartment is not recommended for families with small children.

Shared Spaces & Outdoor Facilities
The suites and apartments are complemented by the villa's shared reception rooms, landscaped grounds and outdoor facilities. Guests can enjoy the estate's historic atmosphere while retaining the privacy of their individual accommodation.

Spa area: Guests wishing to use the spa facilities are kindly requested to notify the staff in advance.

Barbecue: The barbecue may only be operated by a member of staff. Guests should coordinate with the staff in advance to arrange a suitable day.

Poolside bar: The poolside bar is not available for independent guest use. It may be operated by a staff member during specially arranged events.

Security cameras: Outdoor security cameras can be deactivated upon request, subject to prior arrangements with the property.
