The recently restored villa sleeps 10 people in 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, has a large living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, and a covered parking lot.

The Villa sits on a property of 15 ha of land and is accessed from a private gate. It is surrounded by well-kept and manicured lawns with view of the property. The private swimming pool (m14x5) is located in the garden of the Villa. Seating for 10 people outside under the pergola

Interior Description

Poggio Tamanti has large panoramic windows and wood flooring, it is furnished with antiques and modern elements and spreads over two floors :

Ground Floor : large living room, library, dining room, kitchen, one double and two twin bedrooms with separate beds
First Floor . One double bedroom is located on the first floor. Among these 4 bedrooms, two are equipped with an additional sofa bed, reaching a total of 10 beds.
There are 4 ensuite bathrooms.
All rooms and bathrooms are complete with linen, Hair Dryer, kettle and small fridge.

Kitchen

The large kitchen is equipped with all dishes, pots, cutlery, glasses and appliances such as dishwashers, Refrigerator, Oven, Microwave, Grill, Coffee Maker, Kitchen, necessary to prepare any meal for all guests of the house. Finally, a laundry room equipped with washing machine, iron and ironing board.
