Casa Selva is a 80 sqm accommodation with terrace located in a nice building at the entrance of the Robilant Estate. Please note that the road accessing the Robilant property stops 5 meters after the house. Above Casa Selva, with separate entrance is Casa Rossa another rental accommodation for 8 people with its own terrace, access to the garden and pool. The two units can be rented together or separately. Guests of Casa Selva cannot access the pool of Casa Rossa unless the 2 units are rented together. If the two units are rented to two different parties, Casa Selva guests will use the shared pool in front of Casa Giovanni.
Casa Selva is a simple accommodation. Because it has no access to the garden (reserved to Casa Rossa) and its terrace is close to the road we suggest to rent it together with Casa Rossa (together they can accommodate up to 12 people).

House description
Ground floor: the terrace (furnished with table and chairs) gives access to the small living room (with a sofa and an armchair) TV SAT, DVD, VCR, CD player. The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, stove (4 burns) oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a master bedroom and a nice new stone bathroom with bathtub.
Upstairs: one double/twin bedroom room is available.
