Casa Giovanni, located in fron of the pool suitable for 4 people, is an independent cottage surrounded by the olive trees garden. The house includes all modern conveniences and has direct access to the new shared pool from the gated garden.

Guests arrive at Casa Giovanni along a stone-paved pathway and enter the cozy living room with high ceilings and working fireplace. The cottage has 2 bedrooms (2 twin beds and 1 double), a modern bathroom with tub, and a fully furnished kitchen with dining area. There is a furnished outdoor patio perfect for enjoying meals when the weather is nice. The patio and private garden have views of the castle, pool, olive trees and surrounding mountains. It’s a true country living experience.
On the opposite side, 80 meters far, there is a small ancient village where cars are not allowed. A nice inexpensive bar restaurant is located in the village, just at a 5 minutes’ walk from the house!

While Giovanni's architecture is simple, the interior is tastefully furnished with a stylish, modern feel and measures 90 square meters total. The house consists of only one level therefore can be recommended to people with walking difficulties.
It features one double bedroom (only one bed that cannot be set as two twin beds), one twin bedroom, a bathroom with tub and shower head, storage room with washing machine, a living room, a nice new kitchen equipped with dishwasher, gas range and oven.

Casa Giovanni is 50 meters away from the unit Donato, therefore the two cottages can be combined together for a party of 6 people.

There is no lake view from Casa Giovanni, from where it can be seen the Castle belonging to the property. The nice walk close to the tennis is equipped with benches providing open view of the lake.

Varenna 3 km downhill has all kind of shops, restaurants, a railroad station (Milan can be reached in 1 hour), the ferry launches to Bellagio and Menaggio (in 15 minutes), a pebbly beach.
