One of Villa Silva’s most distinctive features is its direct access to Lake Como and private boat dock, allowing guests to arrive by boat or arrange private excursions directly from the property.
The outdoor spaces are equally impressive, with panoramic terraces, a lakefront veranda and a heated 4 × 8 m swimming pool with hydromassage and adjustable depth, overlooking the lake.
Inside, spacious living and dining areas provide an elegant setting for entertaining, while the fully equipped kitchen can also accommodate private cook or chef services arranged on request.

Guests can arrive by boat, arrange private lake excursions or, subject to boat dimensions and access conditions, moor a suitable small boat at the dock.

Swimming Pool

The heated 4 × 8 mt. swimming pool with hydromassage is located on the lake-view terrace and features an innovative adjustable-floor system.
The water depth can be modified according to guests' needs, making the pool particularly versatile for families and groups of different ages.
The pool is not fenced and children require appropriate adult supervision.

Golf

Villa d’Este Golf Club: Located in Montorfano. An exclusive, highly challenging 18-hole par-69 championship course winding through dense pine and birch forests.

Parking & Arrival

Villa Silva is located in the historic centre of Torno and is not directly accessible by car. One private parking space is available approximately 300 metres from the villa, followed by a 5-minute walk along a pedestrian lane.
A porter service with private Jeep luggage transfer is included on arrival and departure, with dedicated assistance available for guests with reduced mobility.

Villa Silva is a 550 m² historic villa in Torno, combining Neoclassical architecture and Art Nouveau interiors with modern comforts and exceptional views of Lake Como.
The villa accommodates up to 16 guests in 8 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms, arranged across the main residence and an independent guest annexe.

The villa is particularly suitable for families, multi-generational groups and groups of friends, offering generous shared spaces while maintaining privacy.

The private elevator and spacious layout make the main villa suitable for guests with reduced mobility, although the villa is located in the historic centre of Torno and is reached via a pedestrian lane from the parking area. The annexe has a relatively steep internal staircase.

Private receptions for up to 50 guests may be possible, subject to prior approval and event conditions.

Bedrooms

Villa Silva accommodates up to 16 guests in 8 bedrooms, all with private bathrooms. The bedrooms are arranged over the first and second floors of the main villa, with an additional bedroom in the independent guest annexe.
All bedrooms in the main villa can be arranged as either double or twin rooms, offering flexibility for families and groups travelling together.

First Floor – 3 Bedrooms
• Master Bedroom: elegant lake-view bedroom with private terrace overlooking Lake Como. The room can be arranged as a double or twin and features a private bathroom with double sink, bathtub and separate shower.
• Bedroom 2: double or twin bedroom with private bathroom and wardrobe.
• Bedroom 3: bedroom with 160 cm double bed, private bathroom and wardrobe.
All three bedrooms have satellite TV and private bathrooms.

Second Floor – 4 Bedrooms
• Four bedrooms, each with private bathroom, wardrobe and satellite TV.
• All four bedrooms can be arranged as double or twin rooms.
• Two of the bathrooms feature bathtubs, while the other two have showers.
The floor also includes a lake-view veranda with ping-pong and foosball tables.
Guest Annexe – 1 Bedroom
• Independent bedroom with a 180 cm split-king bed, which can be arranged as two single beds.

The annexe is particularly suitable for a couple, friends or guests who appreciate additional privacy. The internal staircase connecting its two levels is relatively steep.
