Villa Avion is an amazingly stunning property sited in a very peaceful residential area.
It is located not far from the beach of Marina del Cantone in Nerano, an ancient fishing village famous today for its pebble beaches, clear waters and delicious restaurants.

A pedestrian gate on the main road (a quiet private road) takes the guests to the main entrance after climbing few steps, since the ground level of the house is raised from the road level and framed by luxuriant olive trees.

The outdoor areas of the property have been built on different multiple levels, therefore there are many terraces which enrich the overall structure of the mansion.

The panoramic pool is located on the penultimate top level of the property and from this upper terrace, through a ten steps stairway, is possible to reach an even upper level: a roof top terrace with a large solarium furnished with sun lounges, with a breath-taking view over the Nerano bay.

Interior Description

The interiors of the house are divided into three wide floors, all connected by an internal lift.
To help night movements the floorings and the inner stairway have been provided with led lights.

THE GROUND FLOOR
The main entrance leads into a large living room and a comfortable dining area with a large wooden dining table.
The dining room is connected with the kitchen through a glass door and an opening on the counter. The kitchen is very well equipped with any kind of modern appliances (wide fridge, freezer, ice maker, oven, microwave etc). Close by there’s also a guest bathroom.
The living room is provided with luxury furniture, Bose music sound system (linkable to smart phones), Wi-Fi, flat screen satellite TV and also a white baby grand piano, perfect for music lovers. Last but not least an amazing indoor bar (with ice-maker) creates the perfect “holiday” atmosphere. The wide glass walls around the living area make the inner-outer borders almost nonexistent and a large sliding glass door leads to the wide terrace, framed by luxuriant olive trees and furnished with lounging seats and an outdoor dining table, perfect to enjoy open-air meals.

THE FIRST FLOOR
The first-floor hosts 3 double bedrooms (not divisible mattress) all with en-suite bathrooms (2 with shower, 1 with tub). Please note that the room with en-suite bathroom with tub has a peculiar large round bed (225 cm wide). One bedroom has garden view, while the other two bedrooms have access to a large terrace with an amazing sea view, provided with a Jacuzzi hot tub. This terrace is accessible also through an external stairway, therefore the Jacuzzi is not necessary dedicated to these bedrooms.
On this floor, through a small entrance hall with a guest bathroom, there is the access to one additional terrace with an external kitchen provided with pizza oven, barbecue and a large table, perfect for al fresco meals.

THE SECOND FLOOR
On the last upper floor, there are 4 double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom (with shower), mini-bar and TV. Only one bedroom has twin joinable beds, while the other 3 bedrooms have not divisible mattresses. Two bedrooms have access to a nice terrace overlooking the wonderful blue sea that marks the Sorrento Peninsula.
